All lessons are 30-minute sessions delivered in small groups by our internationally qualified coaches. We offer five group programmes plus private lessons — each building progressively on the last.
Children who learn to swim in their early years do better at school — and the research backs this up. A four-year study found that children who swam had a significant advantage over non-swimming children when starting school.
Children under five who participate in swimming show far greater gains in motor development, cognition, language development and mathematical reasoning than the general population. On average, swimming children were 11 months ahead in oral expression, 6 months ahead in mathematical reasoning and 2 months ahead in brief reading.
Our Pre-School programme focuses on building water confidence, safety skills and foundational swimming techniques through structured play. As your child grows, swimming supports their development in more ways than one.
Our Learn to Swim programme focuses on water safety, building confidence and basic stroke development. Smaller groups ensure every child receives personalised attention and progresses at their own pace.
The Stroke Development programme improves technique for Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly by focusing on body positioning, efficient arm actions and consistent kicking.
Tailored for swimmers with solid foundational skills who are ready to push further. This programme focuses on technique refinement, endurance and introductory competition preparation.
Private lessons offer one-on-one coaching with an experienced instructor for adults and children of all ages. Ideal for swimmers with a specific goal, extreme water fear, or those who simply prefer individual attention.
